Valpolicella Classico Superiore is obtained by drying the grapes for about 20 days in boxes; after the fermentation it passes to the refinement in large barrels, in which it acquires greater softness, allowing the typical aromas of the area to prevail. It is an elegant wine with a good structure, characterized by a bright ruby ​​​​red color.
