The Ripasso DOC is a wine obtained from the contact of Valpolicella Classico Superiore with the marcs of Amarone. This fermentation technique allows to obtain a wine with greater structure and roundness. Garnet red wine, it expresses aromas of ripe fruit, more particularly of cherries; there are light spicy scents and the taste is full and harmonious.
